DESCRIPTION:Pizza Party and White Elephant Gift Exchange. \nWhite Elephant Gift Exchange Rules: \n\nEvery scout who wishes to participate should bring in a wrapped gift ($10 limit)\nScouts draw numbers to determine what order they pick gifts in.\nScout #1 selects and unwraps a gift.\nWhen it’s their turn\, the remaining scouts have the choice of either selecting a wrapped gift or “stealing” one that has already been opened.\nOnce all gifts have been selected and unwrapped\, Scout #1 has the choice of either keeping the gift he has or selecting any of the other gifts.\nIndividual gifts are only allowed to be stolen a maximum of three times.
